This Privacy Policy describes how the "ITDP Dhule Central Kitchen" mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards information obtained from authorized institutional users (Hostel Wardens, Central Kitchen Operators, and Administration Staff).
We collect structural data necessary for operational compliance: User profiles (Full Name, Contact Number, institutional Username), secure hashed passwords, real-time student attendance numbers, meal quality feedback ratings, and verification photos captured during food dispatch and delivery receiving processes.
Collected data is strictly used to compile institutional metrics, manage food supply logistics, minimize wastage, and maintain high standards of meal quality. Photo verifications and timestamps protect delivery transparency.
All data is transmitted securely over encrypted HTTPS protocols and managed via structured enterprise databases. Information is retained as per standard government documentation and auditing lifecycles. We do not sell, trade, or share any collected datasets with third-party advertising networks.
